Regional Manager and Director
Our Regional Managers lead groups of General Managers to ensure that each club is running smoothly and that our leaders are supported. All of our Regional Managers are internally hired- a lot of whom started working the front desk!
Regional Directors lead regional managers as well as work closely with the back office to make sure that Excel Fitness gyms, leaders, and future leaders are held to our high standards and trained to be the future of our company. Like our Regional Managers, many of our RDs began working for us at the front desk.
Member Support Center
Our Member Support Centers in Austin, TX and Raleigh, NC are different from most Call Centers in their work life as well as culture. With shifts for everyone (a lot of our gyms are 24/7!) and tons of benefits, our MSC makes sure that our members are well-informed at all times of the day.
